Sneakers and Science Academy is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit community development corporation hub for today’s youth ages 8-19 looking to explore design and operational aspects of the footwear and apparel industry.  Our mission is to educate and empower youth on footwear industry knowledge, facilitate economic opportunities as well as provide keys to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and nutrition.  Career and internship opportunities through community outreach and power brands’ involvement are available upon completion of the program.

At the heart of our efforts is building sustainable partnerships and curricula that will prepare young men and women to achieve their highest potential as healthy, productive, and engaged citizens.  In doing so, we will donate sneakers to youth in low-income communities, vulnerable populations, and neighborhoods who can’t afford shoes.  We believe all kids should have a functional pair of shoes while enrolled in school.
